Mission based social enterprises to generate revenue to support local domestic violence shelter and services to women and children in west yavapai county. 302410 of proceeds spent on employment enhancement and opportunities program. 82412 of proceeds spent on not for profit community center and 12 step services project.
Employment enhancement opportunities program in 2020 provided paid employment training placement services to 11 women in our local domestic violence/sexual assault advocacy programs and 22 community re-entry workers recently out of prison, drug/alcohol rehab needing transitional employment while preparing for community employment integration. Retail sales/pos systems, computer publishing, library science are just a few of the employment training opportunities this program offers. Of those 33people,12 secured employment, 9 are still in the paid training program 2020 carry over and 12 relocated out of the area or we have no information after they completed their eeop program. Over 412 hours of personal growth and development training provided and paid for through this program.
Not-for-profit multi-tenant resource/community center2021stats 7 step self-help meetings per week 120 people per week. Recovery self-help library and bookstore provided over 1200 recovery based medalions, books, workbooks, tools to help people on their path toward healing and sobriety.
